The evaluation of real estate, according to the License in question, includes the categories from land intended for construction to all categories of buildings: apartments, houses, business buildings, shops, production departments, hotels, motels, restaurants, gas stations administration-office building, etc. Real estate valuation is done according to the order: • For Natural Persons and those for applying for various loans from banks, sales-purchase contracts, court disputes, etc. • For Legal Entity : mortgage for loans, court disputes, guarantee for fiscal payments in installments at the relevant institutions, etc.

The service prices for the assessment of the given category are formulated according to the agreement, up to 20% discount from the official fees set by the Chamber of Assessors. With maximum flexibility and for the shortest possible time according to the customer's request.

The assessment of transport vehicles includes all categories of transport (according to the issued license): road, rail and air.

Service that is offered according to the requirements of the clientele, exclusively legal entities for various disputes always of a material-financial nature presented in the courts of different levels of North Macedonia. The work of the Expert is based on the Licenses issued by the Ministry of Justice.
